great location, great facility and good food
the facility is beautiful and it’s always possible to find a spot to relax around the pools in the big green area surrounding the buildings, the pools, the beautiful beach close by, the kindness of the staff at breakfast and dinner, the great buffet and variety of the food and the entertainment for kids
the apartments should be renovated as they are not at the same level of the rest of the resort. lots of ants all over the apartment all the time from the moment we checked in. coming from cracks in the wall, between panels etc. the personnel cleaning the apartment do really their best but this is a systemic problem. we had a bad experience with the airport transfer organized for us and got no help from the person at the reception at that time risking us to lose the plane.

What was the highlight of Playa Esperanza Resort
A lovely quiet hotel and gardens on a nice beach but a bit far from alcudia town or port.
Gardens were lovely and so nice being on the beach. Plenty of loungers available in the gardens and you could rent loungers on the beach. The staff were great, very friendly and helpful and it was so handy being able to use the spa and showers after checkout before going to the airport. A handy bike parking garage on site.
The location was on a busy road on the strip quite far from the nicer town areas. But close to the s'albufera park which was lovely and great to see flamingos and other bird life.

Would definitely come back, great for kids and adults
Beautiful resort right next to the beach. Room was a bit old but clean. So many great food options for breakfast and dinner!
Outdoor facilities could have been cleaner (pigeon excrements are everywhere, also the rentable beachbeds were quite dirty)
